Returns, without the runaround

We want you to feel confident ordering from Nivora. If something is not right, please get in touch within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging
• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return

How to Request a Return

1. Contact us with your order number and a short note about the issue
2. We will review your request and share the next steps
3. If a return is approved, send the item back as directed
4. We will process the refund after the return is received and checked

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
